This unique property of historical importance is located on the island of Silba.
This house of 160 m2 is a combination of two houses that eventually turned into one. The stone section of the house is over 300 years old, and has 72 m2 of living space. Old stone walls are 60 cm thick.
The other part of the house (36 m2) is located right next to the sea and there are 3 rooms on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a large 54 m2 room that has no partition walls and has access to a terrace with a beautiful view to the west.
The house needs to be completely renovated.
The island has electricity connection. No car access, but there is the possibility of boat mooring.
